Losing a pet is tough and making the decision is harder. When we took our fur baby in back in May I ask several times for paw prints and was told they would send me her prints. I was even ask what address to mail the prints to. I called yesterday because it had been 6 weeks and was informed that they had NOT collected paw prints on our fur baby. the staff is incredible. they take such awesome care of my two pets. my older girl was just put to rest Thursday and she received the best tender loving care as she crossed the rainbow bridge and went to heaven. every time I take her in there over the past many years they just absolutely love her. I have nothing negative at all to say because every experience in there has been positive. thank you for giving her all of your love I greatly appreciate it
Great place takes awesome care of my pets .
I brought a kitten down a week ago to the clinic to be seen. The staff was very rude to me and would not help. Not I finally got her in to be seen and now they saying that she might not survive. Now this all could of been prevented if they would of seen her we're she wouldn't of got this bad. Ft. Wright clinic staff really needs to be be more respectful Dr you have here are great but the techs act like they are so busy and always having bad day. I use to work here when it was Ft.
