I have been calling leaving voicemails and messages with the front desk for over a week now and still can’t get anyone to return my calls. On the 12th I got a new puppy and took her and my other dog that I’ve had for 2 years to the ft Wright location the 15th and they saw dr Ernst. Well I got the puppy on a puppy plan and the older dog a yearly visit because he was DUE for one and also due for a parasite screening. RecommendedI use the Colerain office and I absolutely love everyone there. A while back I would have told you they were horrible but they have brought in a lot of new staff front to back and I highly recommend them. Last night we had someone bring us a 3 month old kitten that was skin and bones and we quickly got in the appt line an hr before close and got in. My dog was happy and running around when I brought him in on Wed July 15,20 by that night he was lethargic, couldn't eat, drink, or go to the bathroom! the next day he slowly shut down and died at home in my arms. I never got a print out of what you did to him because I wasn't aloud back there with him! they said I had a temp of 102.2 because I was outside waiting for two hours in the 100 degree heat! i went back out to my car turned on the air for about 25 minutes went back in and my temp was 97.8 and still wasn't allowed b... read more
