RecommendedRita Broughton. I have been going to Noah's ark for at least 30 years and have always had great service. I have taken all of my dogs there from puppies to days when they were so sick I would have them humanly euthanized. They delivered emergency c- section 7 beautiful pug dogs. If I would have to wait for certain doctors I would wait as long as needed. They are a clinic that does first come first serve unless there is a medical emergency would come in. So we rescued a dog in the street today and the tags show Noahs Ark Animal Clinic with the Colerain address. So we took the dog over there to get the owners information and of course they can't take the dog and can't give us the information on the owners. I have to work at 7am and can not wait around to give this dog to the owner if they get in contact with them. They have a policy that they can't house a dog overnight to help find the owner. WAS TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT TODAY , AFTER WAITING 6 WEEKS TO BE TOLD THRE DAY OF SURGERY COME ON IN , OUR APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1045,ARRIVED AT 950 DO TO OUR LONG DRIVE. NOT THERE LONG WHEN ASK..WHAT ARE YOU HEAR FOR.. "WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT" AT 1045.. THEIR REPLY O THE DOCTOR IS ALREADY GONE FOR THE DAY.. THIS IS BEFORE 10AM .. thank you so much for taking care of our cats and our dog. We brought all of our cats in today, and we were treated very well, and everyone had compassion when one of our babies was found to have a heart murmur. Not to mention that for a walk in clinic, we were seen promptly, and while we were waiting for the vet we were checked on, and received an apology for our wait (which was no big deal).
