I love everything about Noah’s Ark animal clinic. The vets are great, the staff is friendly and they always are so sweet with our dogs! Have recommended many people to give them a try! I will say the lady in northern Kentucky who handles the Wellness Plans is absolutely RUDE. If you end up having to talk to her well I’m sorry for you. Other than that love them!
I took my 16 yr old dog in to be put down. He had not been seen by them in 15 years, due to taking him to a vet closer to my home. Anyway, when I walked in and told the front desk that my dog needed to be put down they all were very sympathetic. They put me in a room right away. The doc came in and explained the procedure to me and understood why this had to happen. I did wait awhile due to an emergency but that was ok I understood. I had him cremated and wanted his ashes. I am in need of getting 3 pigs fixed, but every time I call the clinic to get information like the cost, no one has any answers, they tell me to bring them in , the problem is I have 1 that is about 80 lbs. Believe me that is a job to do when really all I want is to know the price. So if you could have Dr. Hogan email me that would be great
I had to bring my 14 year old dog in for an emergency. The staff at colerain we're very compassionate in the worst of situations. I can't thank the staff enough for what they do day in and day out.
