I know it is walk in only. I understand long wait times. However employees should let you know especially after being called to a room. I waited an hour in a room til I asked if they knew how much longer. They said your next only one Doctor on the floor. So I saw another man called into a room after 30 minutes, I saw Doctor go to that room instead of the room I was in. Then I saw Doctor leave out back door. I asked again, they said Doctor is in surgery. I said Just get nails done And Left.

Our family loves Noah's Ark, while they are very busy. The people there do a wonderful job of taking care of your pet and best friend. They are inexpensive and very knowledgeable. Love this place
