I think the vet tech Darryl should be fired! Treats animals horrible! Had 3 bad experiences with him! Never again will I take a pet up there! I stopped taking my dog up there years-ago because of him. I went back with my elderly neighbors dog or would have never stepped a foot back in the place!
On hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. Called back and put on hold right off the bat. It's been 45 minutes this time and still on hold. I don't feel they have enough staff to adequately care for their volume of pets and therefore I'm scheduling my pet's surgery at a less hectic facility.

It was har to give a three. Mia got her shot quickly. But check and check out is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Surely there could be faster check out.

Brought in two sick K9's. One of them is a very hard dog to handle. Both, dogs had the best experience possible and are well on their way to recovery this morning. Very happy and compassionate staff. Thank you, Ashley, Darrel and Dr. Rice!!!!
