We hired Ori's services (Noah Construction and Design) for a garage remodel. He was straightforward and honest from the beginning. He was also very responsive and communicated frequently and as needed with us to make sure everything went smoothly and as desired. We had some unexpected change of plan in the middle of the job. My wife found Noah Construction here on Houzz and set up an appointment for us to meet with Nomi Hazen. I was a bit dubious because my preference has always been to go with a personal recommendation over someone found on a website, but I decided to keep an open mind. Although our first experience with Nomi was a success, our second time was a most unpleasant experience. . We hired her to design and build a large two way fireplace in our living/ family room. We also needed canned lights installed, dimmer switches and a door added into a door way. Her boyfriend talked us into putting in a curved masonry wall in our back yard with lighting. In this particular case, we went as far as issue a full refund, although we had offered and attempted to rebuild the wall with a different crew. However, the client refused and demanded a full refund and in order to resolve the issue amicably, we agreed to reimburse the full amount. I had Noah Construction build a 200 sq. ft. loft in my home. Ori was the contractor that I worked with, and I can't say enough good things about him. He and his crew of workers were on time (3 weeks--start to finish), on budget, and they did quality work. The estimate provided to me was well below any of the other contractors in my area by $2000. Noah Construction has remodeled two bathrooms for us. We first hired them to remodel the master bath. We felt the job went very smoothly, coming in on time and on budget. As problems arose, as they always do, they kept us informed and proposed solutions. When we decided that we needed to fix a potential mold problem in a secondary bathroom, Noah as the obvious choice to address the issue and remodel the second bathroom for us.
Noah contruction and design did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel, Nomi designed and completed a beautiful new kitchen within my budget and time frame, her team worked cleanly and efficiently throughout the entire project. I would recommend Noah construction to anyone looking to remodel their home.
