We hired Noah in 2017 and to help us with renovations to a rental property we had purchased. As is always the case, the work turned up issues from the previous owners' work, but Nomi and her team helped us to mitigate much of the found issues and kept us within a reasonable budget. The finished product was better than we had hoped for.
We hired Noah Construction in July of 2017 to renovate our kitchen. We could not have been happier w the work by Noah Construction & Design. We have worked with a few contractors over the years and Nomi and her team created the least amount of stress and headache for us. I don't think her quote is the lowest out there but I wouldn't have traded Nomi's team for anyone else. Our project was to create a master bedroom and bath, renovate the existing bathroom and add central HVAC. Nomi and her team were efficient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I know nothing about construction. The city inspector voluntarily commented that the framing and electrical work done by Ernesto was top notch. What can I say? Nomi and her crew were fantastic! Considering that we were on a time crunch and needed our newly purchased "fixer upper" to be renovated in 2 months, Nomi came through in the clutch, showing her true visionary skills in terms of interior design and contracting. We had our main bathroom done by Noah and are very happy with the results. That has to be 20 words, any more and I will start charging.
This was not a fun experience. We had a downstairs bathroom completely redone, all old carpeting ripped out and replaced with laminate flooring, a light put over dining table, painting the entire downstairs and entry way, cutting down and retiling over the old brick fireplace, installing a granite hearth and granite countertop in the bathroom. I moved into my place in 2005 with the idea that I would redo the outdated 70s kitchen and bathrooms and I finally got around to it at the end of Dec 2015. I'm very very happy with the work that was done and wish I did it sooner! The deciding factor for me was when I got in touch with Nomi. My husband and I met with a few people for a quote to renovate our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Noah construction was right in between the highest and the lowest quote so we felt this was the safest route to take. They were able to start construction very quickly and Nomi from Noah construction was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions or concerns.
