We visited this poor excuse of a restaurant tonight and No way Jose will we visit again! Salsa was terrible... All we could taste was onion and water. Entrées were poorly cooked and don't get me started on the service.... we saw our server only to get our order/and get our money and when someone says "excuse me mam" that's not a look at your customer and walk away... even if the establishment was busy that would be inexcusable but this was not a busy time... truly disappointed and disgusted
Horrible service. Great food. 2 tables occupied took 45 mins to be acknowledged. This was in Pigeon Forge, Tn.
Always good, esp the salsa. The one in Pigeon Forge is better than the one in Gatlinburg
My family and I enjoyed our experience! We loved the food(especially the Salsa!) and the atmosphere! Next time we come to Tennessee we will definitely go here!
Awful food, horrible service. We ordered chicken fajita for two. They brought us a single order of chicken but double everything else (except tortillas). Then the kids ordered chicken nachos. It came with no chicken. So I say something to the server, so they bring 3 small slices, yes slices of chicken on a plate. We cut it up and had to divide it between them. 1st Mexican restaurant we have been to where everything is a-la-cart. (We travel a lot & eat out often). Not thrilled with the salsa or the prices.
Our favorite place to eat in Gatlinburg!! Going this weekend! :c)
