The absolute best Mexican food I have had in years!!!!
Best Mexican food that we have tasted during our travels. Fresh tasting. Excellent quality and generous quantity of food for the money. (We didn't get a chance to try the fajitas but they smelled heavenly!!) I highly recommend the Mexican Pizza (bring a hearty appetite) Our waiter was so friendly and accommodating. His kindness and knowledge was a refreshing change from other wait staff in competitors' restaurants. I highly recommend paying them a visit during your stay in Gatlinburg... We will be back!!!
Absolutely WORST service ever! We had to tell our waiter every move to make (how many sets of silverware, straws, refills, napkins, etc.), then he spills tea all over my wife & her purse when he finally brought our initial drinks! After the "spill",it was as if he was ignoring us intentionally. He seemed to be insulted when I asked to speak to the manager (who never came), but sent a table manager who had to ask if she could offer a 5% discount for our troubles! Thanks Jose, you just lost repeat customers for life!

Gross food, and an even worse bathroom. Add that to a server who gives zero f"s = 2 stars for atmosphere.
