We went in sat on patio no one waited on us for 20 minutes. We asked manager when we would be waited on she told us we probably needed to leave!!! Will NEVER go back
Eating at No Way Jose's on June 4th 2016 My wife bit into a quesadilla and found a 2-3 inch machine screw, even worse the screw appeared to have rust and grease on it.
By far the best restaurant we ate at during our whole vacation!! Angel was the best server!!! He was so helpful and full of energy! We haven't had service like that in a very long time! We will definitely be going back to this restaurant the next time we come back to pigeon forge!! Thanks for great food and a great time!
Food and margaritas were excellent. The waitress was very attentive and friendly.
My family and I visited the Gatlinburg location tonight for dinner. The food and service was fantastic, with the exception of the manager. I added guacamole on to my meal. To my surprise I bit into a rock which was in the guacamole. When my husband showed it to the manager she tried to justify why it could have ended up on my plate instead of just apologizing. Thankfully it was in my food and not my kids. Other than the rock incident we were VERY satisfied with the food and the prices. We will definitely be returning.
This location has the best manager ever! My daughter realized she left her retainer (which is clear) on a napkin after we left, so we went back determined to go through the trash, the manager didn't want us to get our hands dirty so he went through it for us and FOUND IT! That is excellent customer service, thank you! And the food was great too!
Food tasted out of frozen dinner meal...I love mexican food and try stop every place i can but this one wasnt worth it. I ate 3 bites and thats all
We always eat here!! Great food..friendly service and to die for salsa!!
The restaurant was great actually better than the ones local to me, will definitely come back next year. The waitress was very attentive. Love, love, love this place!!
