Purchased two ResMed cpap mask cushions. Should have known better as they were $15 cheaper than my usual supplier.Already leaking after less than one month of use.Online "live" chat is worthless. Says they won't refund for products they purchase from a manufacturer! What?
I tried a Circadiance Sleep Anew mask and it made more noise than my snoring! I immediately tried to return the product, and was told No Insurance Medical does not take returns once opened.I contacted Circadiance. They do not take returns from end customers, but extend a 30-day trial return policy to their distributors. Legitimate distributors could take a return from a customer and return to Circadiance. I would not do business with company ever again, I went on line to purchase CPAP H2O (on Walmarts Sight), the sales sight was very misleading! There was a photo of 12 bottles of water and the order form said a pack of water was $12.99, when I received my package there was 1 bottle in the box. I called the toll free number on the bottle and was told someone would call me back. 3 days later I still had not received a call back.
