***** this company at all costs. We paid for someone named **** to pick up and dispose of a full oxygen tank no longer needed. They never showed up. I was in constant text and phone contact with **** trying to set up a time for pick up. He didn't show, cancelled, re-scheduled, didn't show, etc. He said just "put the tank in the lobby of the building" so he could just get it at his convenience. Do not trust your childs medical supplies to these careless sellers. They sent out a completely different thing from what I ordered. No apology. My infant depends on the infant cannulas. Thank god I am a prepared parent because you can not depend on this company! I had given them a second chance from messing up a first order too. My mistake and never again.

I called this medical supply company looking for a bipap machine and was pleasantly surprised by how good the prices are and informed the staff is. ******* was very helpful, answered all my questions and got me the best machine for a great price.
*** bought multiple products from this company over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the products and interactions with the staff. They are kind, knowledgable and always available to answer questions. There is a respiratory therapist on call 24/7 who is extremely helpful with troubleshooting. I recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so!
Needed Oxygen equipment quickly. Great customer service, got something shipped out same day and arrived next day air.
Stay away if you want to avoid unresponsive customer support. I sent an oxygen concentrator in for warranty repairs. Three months in, and after multiple phone calls, I am unable to determine its status or whereabouts. The Office Manager, *******, showed absolutely no interest in helping me resolve the issue, and she could not have been more condescending. I would give zero stars. I purchased an oxygen concentrator that broke after 4 weeks and they ask me to ship back to them for 1-5 weeks for repair and will not provide a replacement. I dont use oxygen for grins. I need it. This is unethical
