I ordered on 7/27 and paid 20 dollars for 2 days shipping, it is the 30th and it hasn't left ** yet I was referred to this company by ********* while I was ordering from Amazon. Big mistake I will never do business with them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received an email saying my order had been shipped - it's been 4 weeks and still no package. I tried calling and emailing and have gotten no response.

I paid lots of money for the latest auto-pap and it has not worked from day one. I asked my provider, No Insurance Medical Supplies to fix it OR refund my money. They say I must pay for the return shipping and I will also be charged a unrealistic amount of money for processing / restocking. The see it can ***********-weeks to get processed. I got screwed, I will not buy anything from them again. The 2-year warranty is worthless. The ***word is in recall and now the Re-word in taking advantage of us.

I sent a oxygen concentrator back for repair and was told it would take 2to3 months to be repaired its been over 4 months and I still don't have it back, I bought 2 of them at $3.800 and they both quit working at under4 months, I wont send the other one back fearing I wont get it back either They don't know how to talk to or treat senior citizens I don't think I will get it back, I think they are a scam company and I don't have anyone to help me get it back

I ordered 10 FLowflex Sars Antigen tests and I received 5, but was charged for the price of 10. their ad when I placed the order stated (2 per Pack) which to me indicates two tests per kit. I also saw that 5 days later they reduced the price by $10. I called and was told that they never had (2 per Pack) on the description and that they could reduce their price whenever they wanted. This company pulled a bait and switch and they don't care. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought 2 **** machines from this shop, when they arrived i was in shock in the conditions they were in. The units were scratched on all surfaces, has strange liquids in the tubing and one of them even began to grow mold !!!!!!When attempting to return the items i was told that they can not accept any returns and refused to do anything. Company sent wrong CPAP machine. I requested return/replacement, which was cancelled 3 days later. I called and was sent to VM. Twice, I used the 'live' chat feature to no avail. After hours, the chat allows you to send a message. I received my delivery on 9/13 and have heard nothing from No Insurance Medical Supplies, except for the return cancellation. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered on line from their site a replacement water tank for my CPAP machine Wrong part showed up and I called to make arrangements to return the package which is still sealed in plastic- unopened.. They will not take any returns due to COVID I asked why I wasn't told this on line? They said all I had to do was to look in the Returns area on the **** site. I placed an order from NO Medical Insurance supplies for 20 blue surgical mask, what I received was 20 SMALL **95 masks. Yes, I opened the package because during this Covid crises I did not think they would take them back.
