We have been patients at Madison No Fear Dentistry for over a year and are still delighted after every visit. I am a person who deals with a great deal of "dentist anxiety". Lots of bad experiences as a kid, and it stays with you into adulthood. I'm now 50 and have bounced around from dentist to dentist only going when I've had insurance coverage that has come and gone over the years.
