A Dental office that 'Gets it'. Speaking with other people about their dental offices, I'm glad I'm with Madison No Fear Dentistry, from service to amenities. Yes, amenities at a dental office...what a concept!
I initially went to No Fear when my initial dentist had to pull one of my teeth. He did not have a good manner at all. After that horrible experience, my mom sought out a place that she felt would be more friendlier and understand the needs of the patient. I am so happy that she chose No Fear. Warm neck wraps, calming atmosphere, and the staff are AMAZING!! Definitely great place - they rock!
I really feel that Madison No Fear Dentistry is an incredible office. All of the staff is always cheerful and friendly, the cleaning was comfortable and rapid, and my teeth and gums are healthier every time I come in due to your excellent advice!
If you have to go to the dentist this is one of the more pleasant experiences. I shopped around since I do not insurance and the rates are very competive.

State of the art equipment, lots of extras to make you feel comfortable, really like the neck wraps. Staff very friendly yet professional. I believe every patient is treated as if they are family, not just a patient.
