Had a pedicure from Chelsea this morning and it was amazing. She was friendly, thorough, and did an overall great job. Highly recommend you check them out!
Kind of hard to respect a business that does not value respect...
Came in for 30 min swedish massages, with 6 girls for a Bachelorette party. We LOVED it and thought it was worth every penny. The group discount was nice, as well as the free parking! Hard to find that downtown Indy. All of the staff members that helped us were extremely polite and helpful! The only gripe would be the sound issues. While getting the massages, we could here talking and music from other parts of the salon, which was frustrating. Overall though, the environment was great.
What a great day we had for my 40th celebration! The Carmel Apple pedicure was so nice! ��
I went in this salon today for a consultation, as I only wanted two lowlights put in my hair. I was told it would cost $10 and made an appointment to come back in two hours. Then an hour later I get a call saying that the manager decided that it will now cost $45. I cancelled and will make sure to let everyone I know that this is not a good salon. When you quote a customer a price, you stick to it. Terrible customer service.
We love Natalie and she is the only reason why we keep trying to go back for other services. The final straw is that they do NOT take Amex, or Paypal, and made me late to meet with my clients because they also wouldn't take a check from me. Not making it easy for people to pay is a very poor business decisions since we have sent so many people there over the last 4 years. We will recommend anywhere but here from now on.
