Very disappointed that my children have been patients at your practice for years and charmaine (your receptionist) refuses to give me a letter or statement of my children being patients there . I requested it by fax 10 days ago after she told me 7 days to receive them then got very rude over the phone after making up so many excuses about why I still haven’t gotten them . What kind of practice holds patient information hostage ??? I will be writing reviews about this everywhere and escalating this issue as highly as possible
The way you and your child is treated from the time you walk in the door is awesome. All your questions will be answered by the Doctor so you will understand what's going on with your child.
This practice has not been the same since Dr. Henderson left. My 8 month old has had severe reflux and we have been bounced around from NP to NP and it’s like starting fresh each time. We still have not made any progress. One of the solutions was “As long as she’s gaining some weight”, which I thought was ridiculous. Also they like to schedule appointments just to bill for them, doesn’t matter if the child is well. They could improve their record keeping. Every time I pay a copay they don't record it and send us late notices. This is in addition to giving us no notice that Dr. Henderson left the practice. If you can't keep track of our insurance payments how can I trust that you keep other records correctly? We're leaving.
Thank you Dr. Una, you are the best Pediatrician in the whole world- from your favorite patient. We've been seeing Dr Una for 8 good years - since the birth of my daughter. She listens and gives guidance when needed. I drive an hour to see Dr Una because I am comfortable with her. One thing I like about Ivy League Pediatrics is.... they will give you an appointment during emergency situation when a child really needs to see a Dr. I will not trade Dr Una for any other Pediatrician- she is the best!
This is truly a great practice!!! All of the providers are great, but Nurse Tia is exceptional!!! She is sweet and kind and her memory is phenomenal! She met me once remembered my name, remembered my children’s name and their weights! My mind was blown! I just adore her! We always have a wonderful experience coming here, but TIA makes it better!
