Verified Renter It's my first month here, and it's been great. The staff at the leasing office are really friendly and helpful. The unit is in good condition. The location is great, it's near several bus stops, making grocery shopping and going to work easy.

Verified Renter Generally great. Quite expensive here even despite a 2 month deal. However, the community seems well taken care of with an onsite manager that's quite responsive, residents that all seem quiet and nice, and community events that go above and beyond what I'd expect from an Apartment complex. Built in gym and post office room is quite convenient as well.

Great Spot! Location is great and convenient (right off the 405 and Santa Monica Blvd), apartments are nice and adequately furnished, I feel very safe here, and the new management is very proactive. Ariel (property mgr) has been quite the breath of fresh air and the maintenance staff is attentive, polite and professional. Nice staff and sterling location This place is very convenient. Lots of restaurant and markets nearby. Public free WIFI is fast in the conference room and courtyard. Kitchen is new. Bathroom is spacious which I like very much!! In unit washer and dyer is a big plus. Very happy to stay here.
NMS Properties Management tries their best, but the amenities are really lacking for a "luxury apartment". You are essentially paying a premium for the location here.
