The nurses and therapists here are amazing! I have only nice things to say about that wonderful group of individuals. They work so hard to take care of their patients, and they do a great job! BUT the medical records department and a few emergency room doctors seem to have the idea that they hold some royal position in the hospital. Patient care and customer service are nonexistent with those 2 areas. They forget that people are there because they're sick, hurting, or dying.... not because they want to be there. The doctors are phenomenal, except the uneducated, rude, and obnoxious office staff. If the staff represent “the practice of medicine”, then the least they could do is give a price quote on medical services. In an ever growing medical insurance marketplace, quotes are necessary, and the office staff is extremely incompetent when it comes to medical pricing. They would rather “lure you in” and not tell you the price, until the doctors final orders’ are filed. Never have I ever seen such a con artist job in “modern” medicine. ... read more
RecommendedThe doctors and nurses are amazing! They take great care of you. And the NICU is wonderful and accommodating.
Worst staff and the Dr can’t even answer our questions, we either get an idk or a smile and a laugh. Takes some of the nurses forever to get to the room to help my grandmother out of bed and to the bathroom. Also, if you don’t like what you do, find you a different job!

Up until last night I would have recommended. But now no. They waited until my daughter was entering into DKA before they would give her an insulin shot. She had spilled her last bit of insulin at 9pm refused to give any insulin until she was high. They could have given her a long acting insulin shot but no they sent us home only to have to go back at 5:30 am with glucose of 417 and made her wait until she vomited at 7:30 am to give her a injection.
