everyone was very kind and helpful. i saw a ring on the website that was unfortunately sold, but the manager helped me find a gorgeous antique sapphire ring! couldn't be happier with my (my boyfriends) purchase! when i went back to get resized, the manager went above and beyond to keep my cranky, teething toddler occupied while the owner helped me. amazing customer service that will never disappoint!

Went in today to pick up a pair of earrings I won, and met Kaitlyn and Nancy. Both of them were really nice. Nancy looked at a piece I brought in and is helped me with best options for it. Looking forward to working with them many more times.

Kaitlyn was so helpful in my mad hunt for a wedding band! My husband and I stumbled upon this store and I couldn't have been more grateful! I walked in, a little disheartened from all the searching I had done at large jewelry companies, and couldn't have been more happy not only to find the perfect ring, but also to support this amazing small business! Even if you're not planning on buying anything, you should at least visit to say hi to the sweet people who run this place. :)
