I'm awaiting spinal surgery. I can't get anyone on the phone except the Indian guy from the call center. I get transferred to voicemails and receive no call back. Genesis just told me my attorney told them my case was dropped. I was in my attorney's office last Thursday and watched him PERSONALLY send over paperwork. This is Monday lunch time for spinal surgery!
