Bought a used 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T the salesman Daniel was very helpful. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get car an do paperwork. The car is great they redid the tint on the windows, when I went to leave I noticed an issue had come up on the car. I brought it to their attention the car was taken to a Dodge dealership to get taken care of and wouldn't be ready for a few days. So they let me use a BMW until mine was fixed. A few days later my my Challenger R/T was delivered to my house. The people are great, service was great.
Jimmy and Lee are complete blessings! This car buying experience has been the MOST AWESOME I've ever had. They worked to get my deal complete and went above and FAR beyond what anyone else would have. From start to finish, they were fabulous! I will sing their praises for a very long and will tell everyone of customer service! I purchased 2 cars at one time and they made the process convienent and easy! Everyone was very nice and did everything possible to help us find the right car and make the best deal possible. At no point did we feel pressure to buy something we did not want or to spend more than we planned. Would certainly recommend them.
Lee and Tim went above and beyond any expectations. We bought a car from them a few weeks ago and they had to find us a 2nd key. It took a few weeks but they got it and they made sure we got it. They are awesome to work with.
I had two sales persons working together to find exactly the right car for me. They took extremely good care of us during the entire buying process. My 11 year old son was entertained, which made everything so much easier. My sales persons were not pushy, or trying to get me in a car I could not afford. They found the right car for ME! My second time to buy from Nissan of Wichita Fslls and I will be back a third!
Outstanding service department. The new quick service oil change is what was needed and is super.
