The staff are very professional and friendly. I had visited Nissan when they were at their old location and didn’t have the same experience. I actually left and went to NJ to get my car. This time the staff I saw wasn’t the same and from start to finish the process was amazing. Victoria who sets the appointment is amazing so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Nissan of Staten Island! Rob and Hazel in the service department are FANTASTIC! The technicians are great too! They always try to help you anyway they can, if you’re kind and courteous to them (as everyone should be to each other) they return it 10x over! Love Nissan!
