The dealership is good stay away from the service dept rob you without a weapon car still under warranty wanted $659.00 to 30m mile service. $145.00 to check the computer for faulty light will take 6 hours i was 1st on line Went to my old dealer said wait a few minutes check it reset computer NO CHARGE
They were very courteous and polite. Daniel Cossack was doing the financing. He filled the air with comfort, assuring me that everything would work out just fine and it did. I would recommend them 100%. I have gone to other dealerships and no one has treated me nicely. This place was a breeze. I give it a 10. The place and the location is welcoming and clean the personnel that work there all neat and clean looking and very welcoming and inviting to that location to buy a new car I had a wonderful experience at this location Danny the salesman was excellent there was no pushing for talking me into I knew what I wanted they listen and they delivered it was perfect

My wife and I leased a new Rogue. We worked with Andre and Sharone. It was the best dealership experience we have both ever had. They were transparent, helpful, and made trading in two cars that had come off lease at the same time seamless and easy. I went to Nissan Staten Island for oil change without making an appointment they took care of my oil change less than an hour I was out with my car ,their are very friendly and offers outstanding service to me.coming from Elmwood Park NJ took me 40 minutes every time served my car had been the best service with Staten Island service department ,there are lot of Nissan service in my area but services my car with them....Robert and Hazel are very professional, friendly and helpful I highly recommend 100% to anyone need service... read more
