I recommend you choose Nissan of Staten Island service center to repair your vehicle. Hazel and Sabrina were excellent, they are extremely helpful and considerate and down to earth. The mechanics were able to fix my car in a timely fashion and which was an extra bonus. Love the service, love how they interact with their clients, you are treated like a person at this establishment not an atm...

They are very professional, and reliable. They get the work done in a timely fashion. The only thing I don't like is that on top of the bill they charge you a credit card fee when paying with a credit card. During this difficult time of Covid-19, making money is difficult for some. Then you have to get your car repairs done, you get the bill, you choose to pay with your credit card so you don't have to dish out 700.00 dollars from your bank account. Service: The cashier / receptionist was very professional and courteous. I felt pleased that the car would be properly repaired. She assured me that service would be done quickly and it was. Although there were several cars at the garage, I believe each customer was pleased with the service they received

I love this shop Rob Ayers is amazing. The shop guys are great at what they do, hazel is down to earth and will help you in any way possible. Of course all dealerships are a little pricy However these guys are real people and understand and will work with you.
Since under new management, I found the service team to be helpful and not try to push unwanted/unneeded services and repairs. Hazel was a pleasure to work with

Had a great experience, Chris (salesmen) was easy to deal with and had a vast knowledge of the line up . Usually , I do not enjoy leasing a new vehicle due to the back and forth B.S. that was not the case here. It was a painless process and we came to an agreement fairly quick . I will use them again
