Nissan as a manufacturer is terrible, but apparently tly their dealers are terrible too.
Hello! I’ve purchased 4 cars from here. Well, my current car had issues come up so I left it with Nissan for diagnostics, inspection, servicing, and warranty work. When I came to collect my car today, an employee had left my window open. With snow, hail, and rain that Oklahoma has, much of that got into my car. Now the interior is extremely moldy, hazardously moldy, tons of water damage. When I brought this up to management, they refused to even clean the inside of my car so I could sit in it. If your car is going to be parked here for long, apparently you’ll get it back with mold included. Nissan of Muskogee you’ve really done my mom terrible! MAKE IT RIGHT
Trash company. Left a friend of mines window open and the car is disgusting... 8 months...there's mold and they said, "not our problem." definitely would not recommend.
