4 time buyer and every experience has been excellent. Service in the service department superb. 1st time customer, you expect great service. 2nd time customer, I thought because I was hurt. The 3rd and 4th time were just as warm and inviting. Their friendly,family service is next to none.
Stopped in today for service on our 2014 Altima, and before I knew I was driving off the lot with a new 2016 Altima. Thanks, Dennis and crew at Silsbee Nissan, always friendly, courteous and professional. This is our 4th purchase. Scott

Went in there told them I have this amount of cash to buy a car. they told me they only had 1, it was an old white 1990 Grand Marquis. I was shocked, so went right over to Cowboys, I bought a 2010 GMC Terrain for less than what I told Nissan I wanted to spend. guess they didn't want my money....
These guys are GREAT, friendly, great deals and they have it together; just a short drive from all of Hardin County, Tx.
Always great service and fast, too! Every time I go for service they take my car right in! Can't ask for better than that!
