If your being turned down elsewhere I can garuntee they will not stop till you drive off in something! They treat you like family, not a customer! Darrell Lowe is the salesman that waited on us. He made us feel like family and was so kind. I'm a disabled woman and we had bee using my sister in laws truck making it extra hard for me to climb in and out. He knew and sensed how I was challenged and upon leaving we were in proud owners of a Nissan altima.

My experience was great they helped me get into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. My salesperson Stevie was super patient with me as I looked at several different vehicles and weighed my options to decide which one was right for me and he never pushed me one way or the other he simply showed me the cars and trucks I wanted to see and let me decide which one was the ONE. Thank ya'll so much for everything.
Love love love! This dealership. I purchased my last 3 cars from here. The few times i have had a concern they have made it right and we're incredibly nice in doing so. My family has made purchase here also and have never had a problem. It's actually been enjoyable doing business here considering buying a car is normally about as fun as having a root canal! Ask for Evelyn Brown if you want the best deal!
Bought a 2017 Pathfinder. Very pleased with the professional attitude of Silsbee Nissan. Lance did an excellent job of helping in every way. No haggling on price and top dollar for trade in. I will recommend Silsbee Nissan to others.
