Everyone in the service department is always courteous and helpful. JR handles the service on my car. He keeps me informed on what maintenance is needed. He keeps me on my scheduled maintenance plan. He is the best! He is the main reason I take the extra travel time to have my care serviced at Rivergate Nissan.
I have had great service here and Betsy is so nice and understanding. I have been to the service department numerous times and everything has been great!
