I'm on my second vehicle from Rivergate Nissan. First, Rogue, second, Frontier. I'm more of a truck man. With the Frontier, 3rd oil change cost only $2.00 with the collected points. 1st two were free. Glenn is good to keep me with current coupons by email. I love to visit this dealership. Not only do they provide great service fixing my car but the customer service is the best around. I actually drive 35-40 minutes to get my oil changed because I refuse to go anywhere else. I am a satisfied customer.
Service Department was extremely fast. I scheduled an oil change on their website. Brought it in, and they were done in 20 minutes tops. Very easy.
The general manager, Mr. Ted Williams was great. Also, Jeff, the salesman and Travis in the finance department. Would highly recommend. Mr. Williams did everything to make us feel comfortable with our decision.
