I had looked at this dealer for few weeks before deciding to buy a new car, I had seen the Nissan Juke before and really liked the look. The 1st person I met there was Chris Mullins, Very nice not pushy which was comforting to find. This place is awesome. Every time I come in to ask even the most simple questions about my car from a small noise only I can hear to which tune up do I need everybody is always so helpful. They don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need even if you think you do. I always leave with a smile and that says a lot toward their employees and the great customer service. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I've had the best experiences when Betsy takes care of me. I've definitely had considerably better experiences than at Serra Chevrolet dealership!

I was overwhelmed with the wonderful treatment displayed by the service team and greeters at Nissan of Rivergate. Not only was this my first experience at this dealership, I was also a walk in customer, i.e. no appointment. Most service departments at dealerships provide a bit more of consideration for time and service for those with appointments versus walk ins. Totally not the case at Nissan of Rivergate. My first experience with Nissan Rivergate service department was several years ago when I brought my son's truck in. I remembered that I was treated very professionally and the people were very friendly and helpful. Now that I own my own Nissan truck, I find that the same can be said for the department today. It was an awesome experience and will be using them for all my future needs. Thank you!
