This is my first Nissan. When I go for service, I really feel that they know exactly what is needed and never try to recommend anything I don't need. Very friendly and personable people that work there. Service is quick and I never wait longer than quoted.
I have owned 3 Nissan Maximas, all bought at this location. My current one is a 2009. The Service People are so nice and friendly. They make drop off and pick up so easy. They always give good advice about the service I need and call with price before completing work. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is also fast. I don't have to wait for a long time for my car to be ready, it is usually ready in less time than they estimate. I like that I can schedule an appointment online, it's so easy and very convient. The waiting area is clean and they have fresh coffee.

Betsy was a great help on how to manage my Rewards Points. Staff completed everything very quickly. I witnessed, I believe Garret, helping a senior women in making sure all her needs were taken care of in a very understanding and patient way that made her feel good about her car service.
