Today I bought my first car and was treated with some of the best customer service I have had from any consumer store. To start off Matthew in sales was beyond helpful in answering any questions I had about the Fiesta I purchased. He even took the initiative to wait on the hold with my insurance company for 20 minutes to get a copy of my insurance plan faxed over. This company is. P.O.S. Got a 2008 f150 in December of 2014 had some hail damage on the hood we had it put into the we owe went up 6 times to get it taken care of they never would schedule anything less passed forward to May 2016 get insurance paid the loan off early supposed to get a refund and on July 25 2016 I still don't have my refund check and I keep getting the runaround on it never buy from this company go down the road to Toyota of Muskogee they will take a whole lot better care of you
