Thanks to Darryl S. and the service team at Nissan of Melbourne for their timely and professional service. I brought in my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I pulled up, was greeted and assisted immediately. Darryl assisted me at the service desk and answered my questions about my vehicle. They washed my vehicle before they returned it to me. I was very pleased with my service!
They are the best dealer I've done business with in a longtime. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family . Thanks Jordan and Nissan for my new car.
Worst experience of my life! So they lied to us! Didn't give us all our paper work! Also apparently your word means nothing there! We bought a car, they gave us half the paper work, lied about the warranty and made us pay for it, I told them specifically I didn't want to go through their finance department and guess what my word meant nothing cause They financed me through it anyways. The manager only offers an apology! Yea that's gonna totally pay for the warranty you guys lied about to us? Don't but from them please!

These vehicles are junk!!!!! 2 transmission failures on 2 vehicles bought bran new from Nissan of Melbourne!!!! Can't wait till the "national highway safety administration" rules it to be a danger to human safety and Nissan goes belly up paying back all these hard working people there screwing over!!! Check the forums for "Nissan transmission problems" and protect yourself from this cooperation!!!
