We bought a couple of new Nissans a few weeks ago and we love them. Our salesman was Avniel Butler and he did everything in his power to make sure we were well taken care of. We looked at and test drove a number of vehicles and settled in on a new Murano and a new Titan. We absolutely love them and we were given prices that can't be beat! I am very pleased with the service department. Polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. We moved to Melbourne in 2014 but left for a year. Great to be back and great to have Nissan of Melbourne serving our Murano again.
I called for a simple question and someone named Ed was very rude. He acted like I was getting on his nerves and told me "I'm busy so I'll call you back later or something" and when I started talking he hung up on me. Very rude. Never have to worry about me calling again.

They are the biggest RIPP off in Melbourne. BEWARE, of the finance person Leon Yarborough, he has no ethics, extremely Unprofessional and has anger problems. READ all the fine prints before signing! They gave my parents a different car than the one they had signed for overcharging them!
I can say this I went to the Nissan dealership about 2 weeks ago bought me a brand new Nissan I had the best experience I have ever had with any dealer they are awesome Mark was my sales guy he did everything he could do to please me with my new car any questions I had he answered I will not hesitate to buy another car from them awesome..... Nissan of Melbourne!!!!!
I am getting really upset about having bought my 2nd Nissan Altima, a/c fan makes noise, they replaced it still makes noise, 6 months after buying car had to put new tires on it, which I tried to get them to do when I bought the car. 2nd thing both my key fobs stopped working,went and supposedly had them fixed, got in car and twice my car won't start because key is not connecting! And today had an event to go to and tried to put table in car and seat stuck won't go down even though we did exactly what the book said and advis... read more
