Went today for a service appt. Sign on the service door says 'masks are encouraged to protect our staff.' I walked in and no one was wearing a mask. I mentioned it and the guy at the counter said 'We can't be expected to wear a mask 12 hours a day.' For 1. I wear a mask at work for 12 hour shifts. 2. I messaged them about an online sale and spoke to “Laurie” who was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. This was on a Thursday evening.
