Service department was in total shambles. Went in for an oil change. First told 2 1/2 hour wait. Than was told an hour. Than went inside and told at least an 1 1/2 hours. Complained to general manager about the Dis organization inside his service department , and told him I would be contacting Nissan Corporate regarding this, and the manager became enraged. The new management here has totally ruined what used to be a great Nissan experience. Hopefully they can get it back to what it used to be.
Let me just say to anyone considering shopping here that you shouldn't waste your time. The salesman I spoke with at nissan was very rude and extremely inconsiderate. He never took into consideration in what myself and my wife wanted and even went as far as to insult us and use very vulgar language. I should have recorded the salesman. Their loss because we bought a fully loaded Accord instead from SouthEastern Honda. I will NEVER step foot on this Nissan lot again and will never send any of my military brothers and sisters ... read more

Service department is a joke. I had a 10 o'clock appointment Their service manager informed me it would take 2.5-3 hours for completion of the repairs. I returned 3.5 hours later to find out my vehicle hasn't even been started yet. Now they're hoping it's done by the end of day. They did d even bother to call me to inform me they where running behind. Horrible customer service.
Had a very good experience. Dan Mahoney was an exceptional down earth sales representative and worked with me. The result was a very satisfied customer with a brand new truck. Thank you Mr. Mahoney and Nissan of Melbourne.
My mother and I went to Nissan Of Melbourne to look at a new vehicle that would be able to handle dance competition gear for my daughter. We were helped by Cia. Not only was it the BEST experience buying a vehicle, I feel we met a friend for life!! He NEVER pushed a vehicle nor the purchase. He treated us with respect and was very patient. He also made sure my 9 year old got everything she wanted...even some of their employee lunch lol
