This was the first time car buying experience for me and my wife. We had Kevin Clemmons help us out. He was EXTREMELY knowledgable about Nissan cars/SUVs - even down to knowing what package our 09 Nissan Maxima was based on some very specific descriptions he knew. Also, Kevin was never pushy, never felt like he was giving us a "sales pitch", but was very honest and personable. I would highly recommend Nissan of McKinney to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned car, and if you do go - ask for Kevin Clemmons to help you!
Exelente service and customer service very good service
I have just purchased my 5th vehicle from this dealership and they once again have surpassed my expectations. They found my perfect dream car at a price I can afford and after years of using their service department, you can bet I will be using them for this car. I love my new Altima Platinum and I definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a great car at a fair price!
Worst treatment I’ve ever had at a dealership
The service department is terrible. Each time we make an appointment for warranty work and or maintenance we don’t receive calls back and our car is kept for days. We have been told several times they are too busy. Our car is currently being held hostage and no one will call us back. This is the second and last car we will ever buy there.
Second time I walk in there and come out with the best deal of my life. Kudos to all the staff, specially Aldo Ochoa. Ask for him when you get there! He’ll get you the best deal!
Had a very positive experience today at Nissan McKinney. Isaac Barquero was my sales person and he was eager to assist and get what I wanted. From first handshake to driving off the lot I was 💯 pleased!

a huge shout out to Nissan of McKinney, especially Robert Gray. He has been my service advisor the last two times I've brought my Rogue in for an oil change, and he (and Nissan) have not tried to milk me for anything more than what is needed for my vehicle.
