Unfortunately, my car was wrecked and I had not purchased a vehicle for several years so I was a little hesitant about shopping. First, I stopped at a Hyundai dealership in McKinney and the salesman was very rude. I then decided to go to Nissan and that’s where I was treated like royalty. I was so hesitant to go look at a new car. When you pull in it's usually game over and you are bombarded by salesmen. But I actually worked with Kenneth Haislet. He by far is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He walked me thru everything. Explained everything to me. AVOID!!! AVOiD!!! AVOID!!! Absolutely Disgusted and Appalled by the lack of professionalism, integrity and honesty of this dealership. In my 30 years of car buying I have seen some shady dealerships and management but Nissan of McKinney is the definently the worst. After making a deal, I was signing paperwork, already removed my trade in from insurance and added new car but they said wait. We cant honor the deal, you need to pay $XXX amount if you want the vehicle. I guess they figured I would say ok and just make the deal. ... read more
