I had to take my car in because of a malfunction. The Service Advisor Jesse was a very polite and very nice person. He kept me informed on everything that was going on and why it was taking so long to fix. It had nothing to do with Nissan it was who I had my warranty with.    I can not thank him enough for everything he did I would recommend him to anyone. One in a million Service Advisor. Thank you so very much.

I brought my car in fir service on 5/28 for what was supposed to be a 90,000 service amongst other things. Included in the 90,000 service was supposed to be the replacement of the engine and cabin filters but they were not replaced. When i asked the service associate about it she said that since i didn't specifically mention that and i sign the order, i had to pay extra. I didn't realize that even though I asked for the 90,000 service that I had to mention them. I have been a long-time customer and have spent a lot of money... read more

under the new management these folks were great. I brought my car in on a Saturday without an appointment. I had replaced my car battery myself. It caused my check engine light to come on. When you replace a battery, you need to have the computer codes reset. They got me right in and reset the codes on my car and didn't charge me a thing. Very pleased with their help.

leased a brand-new Nissan Rogue from Greenacres Nissan three months ago. The day I picked up the vehicle, the tint on the driver’s side window was already bubbling. Our salesperson, Julian, assured us it would be taken care of. When I followed up, he told me to bring it to service. But when we called to schedule, service told us it needed “approval” or we’d be charged to fix it. Unacceptable. On top of that, Joshua Moan in finance promised us a complimentary ceramic coating. Great store! I was in a hurry to get an oil change. My percentage was at 1% lol. Not good. Pulled into Nissan and Brian the service guy helped to get me in right away. I followed Brian from Chrysler his personality is so warming. Finding a trustworthy and reliable car repair shop is not easy, but this one exists! 10/10 would suggest

We had the pleasure of visiting your dealership yesterday---and we were greeted by Tyler---who spent the day with us getting us the perfect car ! He was the most professional,and honest of any auto dealer we have ever met .We were so impressed with his knowledge of all of the cars availabe at the dealership that we went home with a brand new 2025 Rouge SUV---all thanks to Tyler. Received a nice letter from Nissan informing me of a recall on my 2025 Kicks. Then had a phone call from the local dealer to make an appointment to get the necessary repairs. Made the appointment for Thursday . Received an email confirming the appointment. Arrived at the service center and was told they had to scan the VIN number to verify whether or not they had the necessary parts for the repair.They should have already had the VIN since they identified the problem in the first place !
