Bought my 2017 Nissan Murano from another dealership. But was in McKinney an dropped in for them to check on a factory recall. (still under factory warranty) I was told that it had been wrecked an to take it back to where I bought it an request a Carfax. Checked carfax an NO WRECKS. To sum it up....since I didn't purchase car from them,they didn't want to mess with me. Customer service shouldn't be based on if you buy it there or somewhere else. ITS STILL YOUR PRODUCT!! Especially when its STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY!!!!
We got such a good deal from Nissan of Mckinney...thanks to the help of Aldo Ochoa!! We never felt rushed or pressured and overall it was an AWESOME experience!
The absolute worst customer service. Purchased a vehicle in September of 2017. Paid cash, which they drug out over 3 days. Trapped us in the “finance dept” and lowered the price of the car to sell us an extended warranty (car was brand new). We have dealt with nothing but lies from day 1. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!
