0 stars! I pulled up at 7am March 6. It was a line of cars so I was trying to backup and couldn't because 7 more cars pulled up behind me. JR comes running out there yelling at me and said I cut line. Made me wait and let the 7 others cars go in front me. I informed Jaqoun what happened. He was extremely nice. My tires were to be rotated and balance . They were only rotated. . I did have an appointment. The lady who checked me out stated JR has always been rude have had several complaints.
