Please see below from mechanic that is replacing motor since you all charged me to rebuild, and then it blew and you stated that catalytic converters caused and therefore it is not under warranty. I made an appointment at Nissan to get my oil changed and get brakes put on my car. My appointment was at 8am in the morning. After sitting there for an hour and a half a representative came in the lobby and talk to me about the diagnosis they took on my car after talking about that she said I’m gonna go back to the back and let them know to get started on your car. I’m thinking I can’t believe they are just starting on my car I sat there in that lobby for almost 4 hours, now that’s ridiculous . Either they need more help in... read more
