It’s been my fourth visit with them since purchasing a used rogue. The second time to have Christa. She’s nice and pretty knowledgeable. I dropped off and used shuttle( he was a nice) and experience was easy considering I left my phone in the car and couldn’t use the online payment.
THEY DESTROYED MY PAINT AND GLASS AROUND THE ENTIRE CAR AND HAVE REFUSED TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT THEY HAVE ADMITTED TO CAUSING, INSTEAD THEY WANT ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEWS AND ACCEPT A WINDSHIELD AND $500. I went to get a oil change and filter change and my fluids topped off before leaving I asked did you top my coolant off they stated yes cool I get home pop the hood look bone dry they did not top my fluids off nor add air to my tires my tire pressure was still low when I left do better Nissan.
