Friendly staff; Service department does a great job staying on time and getting the work done; Sales department is very helpful either buying or leasing vehicles.
I had scheduled svc for my Altima for 5-5-26. Christa Lee asstd with that on short notice. On my way to pick up my wife at Nissan E Svc, my Rogue was acting up wouldn't start, then wouldn't accelerate. I drove it to the Svc Ctr. Jeremy Hand met me and worked it out so we could leave the Rogue and get that serviced 1st. Jeremy said if the battery is failing it could cause the problem. It was that, Jeremy did an excellent job researching the warranty and provided excellent service and pricing!

Excellent service department and awesome service writers! I really like Nissan of Chattanooga East's use of technology to provide thorough service updates to include videos. No need to play phone tag any longer. I own a 2013 Nissan Leaf with a little over 100,000 miles on it which I purchased new from what was Hunt Nissan and now Nissan of Chattanooga East, so a customer for 13 years - great, extremely reliable automobile and terrific dealership - could not ask for more!
