Ricardo did an outstanding job servicing my automobile. He took good cares of us, offered me to be dropped off at my house by the shuttle, and when my vehicle was ready he even had the dealer washed my automobile. I am from the central valley (Fresno Area) and after weeks of dealing with shady Nissan dealerships in my area I was placed in contact with Sergey Ulchenko at Downey Nissan through the Consumer Report car buying program. The deal sounded way too good to be true when I was given the offer and in all honesty I figured I was going to get the bait and switch. We drove 60 miles to purchase a car that they dint have. The rep, Sal Ramirez lied to us straight up. We called and told him that we wanted a 2010 Nissan Maxima, that we were not window shopping, we were coming with cash in hand to purchase this car. After arriving, remember we drove 60 miles, these clowns dint even have a Maxima in stock.
