Abraham Garcia and JJ were awesome and I give them each 5 stars... the finance manager assigned to us, Juan Lugo, was condescending ... I called him out on it and he gave a curt insincere apology ... so I was not too happy with his demeanor... JJ went out of his way to purchase a hamburger patty for me from Carl's Jr. across the street because I hadn't eaten all day and as a diabetic I had to get something in my stomach if I had to wait any longer to meet with the finance manager.
