Great 25 for $25 opportunity – With 5:30 reservations to sample the offerings of the March "25 for $25" at Nishino, we entered a quiet, beautifully decorated space, with soft jazz playing. Within 1/2 hour, we were being served and the place was packed to the gills and full of conversation. We tried different appetizers and entrees, as well as the 3 (cold) sake sampler. Everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and presented; the service was excellent and knowledgeable. The regular menu is pretty pricey, so I mi... read more

Best Sushi In Seattle – No complaints at all about Nishino. Well, maybe the wine is a bit overpriced, but beyond that, the food is excellent. I found the sushi to be great, and not at all expensive for sushi of this quality. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent food, relaxing atmosphere – I have only been here once, but I would definitely go back again. I had roll that was recommended to me by the waiter and I couldn't have been more pleased.

The Best Fresh Sushi in Seattle – Sushi is very fresh especially my favorite sushi - tako (octopus). If you don't like raw fish, you should try teriyaki beef - medium. The beef is very fresh and soft which is worth for money. Although the sushi is pricey, it worths every penny. Personally, I love this place more than Sushi Zen, I Love Sushi or Wasabi Bay Bistro. The service is okay; it is really dependent on who is your server. I don't care the service but the fresh sushi.

Worth the drive – Really excellent sushi. Nishino serves some of the best toro I've had anywhere. They also have Sochu, a hard to find Japanese liquor, that scratched a craving I've had since my last trip to Japan. Omakase menu was interesting, however, there were too many attempts at "fusion". Next time, I'll order off the menu or just sit at the sushi bar in amazement.

Excellent Sushi – Nishino is my favorite place for sushi. I never get tired of eating there. The ingredients are extremely fresh and the dishes perfectly presented. They have a really great selection of sake and the service is always perfect.

Best sushi I've ever had! – Let's start by saying that sushi is my favorite food. I've eaten at many different sushi restaurants, from little dive sushi bars, to extremely suave restaurants. Nishino is the best, by a long shot! Masa, my favorite sushi chef, makes the most delicious creations! Beware, though, if you order Omikase (literally means "trust" in Japanese) be prepared to be shocked! Don't order this way unless you really, really love everything there is to sushi. Masa has a way with food, that's for sure! I've neve... read more

The Best sushi restaurant in Seattle – I've been in Seattle for two years and had tried so many different sushi restaurants here. When I almost gave up to find good sushi like I had in Japan, I found Nishino. I was impressed by their food, especially sushi. When you try Nishin, you cannot avoid to eat their "toro".
