Dr Patel diagnosed and has treated my condition that has improved over the year. He’s accessible and always available to answer my questions. His staff are great too. He helps me to manage my overall health with referrals as well.
Dr. Patel treats me annually for esophageal varices. There are not that many Gastroenterologist who specialize in that, so I am truly appreciative to have found him. He is polite, professional and quietly confident.
I had a colonoscopy screening at the Flower Mound location. Throughout the entire process, the staff was conscientious, efficient and provided clear communications. After the procedure, Dr. Patel explained the results to me . I also received follow-up calls after I was home to confirm I was feeling well. I really appreciated the high level of communication from everyone. I am new to this area so this was my first experience with Dr. Patel and staff. I will definitely use their services again.
