I had the worst experience first the medical assistant had someone overseeing her, she never ask if it was ok. When doctor came in something she had to checked me and she had the assistant and the other person without asking it it was ok with me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to see Dr Shah last year. The colonoscopy wasn't done due to the meds prescribed were too hard on my stomach. I asked for the pills on initial visit and she wouldn't give the pills to me. So after the procedure she prescribed the pills. I call to reschedule my colonoscopy. Was on hold forever. Dr. Wouldn’t listen to questions and ignore my questions. She wasn’t polite. Would talk over me constantly. It was a difficult and tired speaking to her.
I have all the regrets to choose this office to do preventive colonoscopy as it was covered 100%by my insurance.I reminded them 10times by calling before my appointment that it's preventive but guess what ?I have been charged for $737 for Dr.Shah and $287 for Dr.Khawari anesthesiologist who was arranged by Dr.Shah .My insurance didn't cover cause wrong codes were being sent by the doc.I had been running after claims back n forth as although duly's outsource rep accepted and confirmed its preventive, they are not ready to fix... read more
DO NOT choose Duly for your healthcare needs. They are horrible since they changed from DuPage Medical. Cannot cancel appointment. Tried through MyChart at least 5 times. Called office/ scheduling and was put on hold for a total of 45 minutes!!! Finally sent Dr Shah message on MyChart to explain why canceling.
