Dr. Wellborn performed my left knee replacement. The surgery went well and he was available by phone and in his office when I had concerns. He always listened to my concerns and presented himself in a positive, professional,confident, and knowledgeable manner. His bedside manner was genuine and reassuring. The office staff was welcoming. I would highly recommended Dr. Wellborn.
Dr. Root is thorough and thoughtful, and I was elated she could fit me into her schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Root for any hand or wrist orthopedic needs.

My name is Emilio v. Rouco I went to the Nirschl Orthopedic center with a bad knee And I was seen by Dr. Clay Wellborn M. D. I found Dr. Wellborn to be very honest and straightforward, after the examination he said that my problem appears to be arthritis, I was given a cortisone shot and recommended orthopedic treatment (exercise) I am now walking almost normal. Thank you Dr. Wellborn. I will remain Dr. Wellborn’s patient for the remainder, I hope you know what that means
I have only seen Dr Paik one time. I work in the same building and have been waiting to get Insurance that this office takes. My first surgery is 7/31. I have more arthritis surgeries that I look forward to only because Nirschl takes my insurance now. I also like the atmosphere at the office. Great office.
